Todd was born and raised in Elmhurst, IL but has been coming to Door County since he was 6 months old.  He has a unique appreciation for the beauty and simplicity of the Door County lifestyle.

In 1988, Todd's family decided to purchase a summer home on Beach Road in Sister Bay. From that point on, weeklong trips became summers in the county.  In 1994, Todd began working at the Door County Ice Cream Factory, down the road from the family summer home. 

After graduating from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Todd decided he loved Door County too much to move away and purchased the Door County Ice Cream Factory, a local landmark dedicated to good food, wonderful homemade ice cream, and preserving a piece of Door County's past.  Todd found himself an entrepeneur at the young age of 22.

However, owning the Door County Ice Cream Factory allowed Todd to pursue his interest in real estate and his knowledge of the United States.  In addition to Illinois and Wisconsin, Todd has lived in Boston, North Carolina, Seattle and Arizona, and has extensive knowledge of the East Coast, West Coast, and southwestern United States.  All of Todd's travels have fostered his love for working in property acquisition and have given him a unique perspective of the national real estate market.

Todd currently lives in Sister Bay with his wife, Erin, a nurse at the local hospital, and their son, Leonardo.  While the Door County Ice Cream Factory's business grows each year, Todd is still able to devote his time to his true passion, real estate sales.  Todd's passion for helping the customer and his knowledge of Door County, the Midwest and other parts of the United States make him a good fit with the team at Properties of Door County.
